The federal government has urged caution on the part of Nigerian youths during this year’s valentine period as it submitted that risky behaviours must be avoided. The government in a statement through the National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) said the valentine period is recognized as a time when many people “express love.”
It however cautioned that such expression should be done wisely.
